My Story on The Mat
I’m Carla, a fully comprehensive Pilates teacher with over 15 years of experience. My journey began as a neuromuscular therapist and later became deeply personal when Pilates helped me heal after major postnatal health challenges. Through mindful, controlled movement, I discovered its power to restore strength, prevent injuries, and reconnect body and mind. Today, I’m passionate about guiding others on their own movement journey here at Movae Online Studio.
